Our Measurement Service:
Our measurements are guaranteed for any window treatment product, we also offer consultation services for an additional fee.
You must know the number of windows to be measured and the type of window treatment desired prior to the measurement process. If you're unsure of what treatments you would like, feel free to contact us for assistance!
Booking Installation Appoitments:
Our experienced team of field technicians have the technical and safety training to install both residential and commercial window treatment applications to meet top quality standard, Including motorized treatments.
Installation appointments cannot be schedule until all ordered items have arrived. To prepare for your appointment, please ensure that each window is completely accessible with no obstructions with a minimum of 3' clearance in the area for easy access. Our team of professional installers is not authorized to move or touch any furniture, breakables or values to avoid liability with our customers.
An adult must be present, including the decision-maker, at the time of the appointment to help answer needed questions. Any pets should be restrained.
Service Repairs
By availing our service, you acknowledge and accept that any solutions or troubleshooting undertaken during the appointment are not guaranteed to be permanent and are subject to the age and manufacturer warranty of the window treatment. You further understand that the ultimate responsibility for the longevity and permanence of any repairs or adjustments lies with the manufacturer and the terms outlined in their warranty.
Our service technicians are skilled professionals who will strive to address your concerns to the best of their abilities. However, due to the nature of window treatments and the potential complexities involved, we cannot assure that the solution implemented during the appointment will last indefinitely.
It is important to note that the effectiveness of any temporary solution provided is contingent upon factors beyond our control, including but not limited to wear and tear, environmental conditions, and the overall condition of the window treatment. Additionally, other unforeseen issues may arise over time that are unrelated to the original problem.
Service fees collected are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation and Payment Policy

We understand that things come up for our clients, we ask that cancellations are done in writing 48 hours prior to appointment date. Due to our tight scheduling availability, any cancellation that is not done within 48 hours will be charged a $120.00 cancellation/no show fee. Credit card information must be provided and authorized by the customer to book and confirm appointment at the time of scheduling. The amount charged will be subject to be modified based on what was actually installed or serviced. There is a non-refundable minimum of $120.00 stop fee. No financial information is stored or kept, all financial information is destroyed following appointment/payment completion.
